Job Summary
Driving the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will lead the implementation of marketing cloud solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, focusing on marketing cloud, sales cloud, and service cloud
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities and evaluate emerging technologies for continuous platform improvements
- Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards and ensure data governance and compliance across platforms
Required qualifications
- Relevant architect-level certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions and architectures
- Basic working knowledge of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred
- Experience in data migration and integration within Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing roles
