Job Summary

Bridging business and technology, the remote Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant (Marketing Cloud) will drive customer understanding, design omnichannel journeys, and implement optimized marketing solutions while leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer understanding and journey optimization strategies by translating business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Define and design end-to-end implementation architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives
• Analyze customer behavior and causality data to generate actionable insights and improve journey performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong exposure to Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in techno-functional roles, handling both business requirements and technical implementations
• Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel marketing strategies
• Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights, with SQL and data modeling preferred
