Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant to help clients leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing consultant for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement projects
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and define business and technical requirements
• Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including customer journeys and automations

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and translate business goals into Marketing Cloud configurations
• Experience configuring Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is highly preferred
