Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant to support clients in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing consultant for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement projects
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and define business and technical requirements
• Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and design customer journeys

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in consulting or agency environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Experience configuring Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio
• Strong documentation skills, including business requirements and solution designs
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred
