Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys for email, SMS, and multichannel engagement
Implement Marketing Cloud capabilities and support B2B engagement use cases
Collaborate with teams to operationalize campaign designs and troubleshoot engagement solutions

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
Strong experience with Journey Builder and Email/Mobile Studio
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and integration with external systems
Experience working with agencies and customer success teams
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification required
