Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys for email, SMS, and multichannel engagement
• Implement Marketing Cloud capabilities and support B2B engagement use cases
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to operationalize campaign designs and support data-driven engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
• Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with external systems using APIs
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification required
