Job Summary

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, a part-time remote contract role requiring 10-15 hours per week, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting platform integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing platform integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Support the development and deployment of new integrations and document configurations for team continuity
• Monitor and respond to inbound requests for SFMC support, triaging and resolving related tickets in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong proficiency in SFMC core features such as Email Studio and Journey Builder
• Experience with platform integrations including REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with OKTA or similar identity management platforms
• Solid understanding of email deliverability and compliance best practices
