Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will serve as a technical expert on project initiatives, translating business challenges into solutions while collaborating with internal teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in application design sessions and formulate system scope and objectives
- Create and manage Data Extensions and Triggered Send Interactions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Health Cloud platforms and troubleshoot complex issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, information technology, computer science, business administration, or a relevant field
- 4 years of related experience required
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
