Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Email Specialists to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and drive client engagement
• Lead email channel technical support and anticipate business needs for integration and tool capabilities
• Enhance email channel effectiveness through deployment of new capabilities, data-driven strategies, and optimization of KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Hands-on executional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components
• Familiarity with marketing personalization technology platforms
• Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
