Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer

Job Summary

To support the Client Digital Marketing team during a period of accelerated delivery, the full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer will build, QA, and deploy high-volume patient and member email communications remotely, ensuring quality and speed in execution.

Key responsibilities

• Hand-code responsive HTML/CSS email templates for various campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Own end-to-end quality assurance of email builds, ensuring functionality and responsiveness across major clients and devices
• Collaborate with campaign strategists and project managers to meet aggressive timelines and deliver clean, well-documented email builds

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development experience
• Advanced HTML/CSS skills specific to email, including knowledge of Outlook limitations
• Strong working knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization
• Proven experience coding complex responsive email designs and managing multiple builds in a fast-paced environment
