Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage day-to-day support for Managed Services accounts, including troubleshooting and resolving support tickets
• Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights based on analytics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Active Salesforce certification required: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for content and automation
• Experience managing client-facing support engagements and adhering to SLAs
• Familiarity with HIPAA data handling requirements in the Health & Life Sciences sector
