Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop and manage email campaigns and marketing automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform best practices and conduct user training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience
• Proven experience with Marketing Cloud setup and administration
• Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and related technologies
