Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate technical discovery workshops to document architecture, data management, and integration requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Design and implement integration strategies using APIs and middleware solutions to connect SFMC with other platforms
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and driving adoption

Required Qualifications

5+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Proficiency in data migration and integration with Salesforce Core and external platforms
Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud are preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees are a plus
