Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Media Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions, the full-time Salesforce Media Cloud Architect will translate complex media business requirements into scalable architectures while collaborating with industry stakeholders and ensuring alignment with best practices, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of Salesforce Media Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions
• Conduct industry-specific discovery and design workshops for ad sales, digital subscriptions, and content licensing workflows
• Design and govern technical frameworks, including Media Cloud data models and OmniStudio experiences

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• 7+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with end-to-end delivery experience
• 2+ years specializing in Salesforce Media Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-assisted workflows
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
