Salesforce & MuleSoft Technical Leader

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms, the remote Salesforce & MuleSoft Technical Leader will design, build, and govern integration solutions in a regulated banking environment while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the initial implementation of Salesforce and MuleSoft, ensuring quality releases and production stability
• Act as a senior technical advisor, collaborating with business and IT leaders to deliver ongoing enhancements and value
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership, particularly with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• At least 3 years of experience with MuleSoft integrations, including Intelligent Document Processing
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and MuleSoft API design
• Experience in regulated financial services environments and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
