Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Salesforce nCino platform
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and manage UAT, including test scripts and defect tracking
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners while analyzing banking and lending workflows

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino
• Experience in the financial services, banking, or lending domain
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
