Salesforce Non-Profit Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Non Profit Cloud Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and document Salesforce requirements
• Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Omni Studio to design and implement solutions
• Create detailed business requirement documentation and serve as a liaison between business and technology teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable
