Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Omni Studio Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Manage DevOps processes including code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience and overall 8+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and managed apps
• Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and manage client interactions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
