Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the part-time Salesforce Operations Specialist will manage donor data integrity, oversee gift records compliance, and provide essential reporting, all while working remotely within the contiguous United States.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and related systems for effective fundraising operations
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across donor records and third-party giving platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reporting tools and streamline operational processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce database management
• Proven track record of evolving Salesforce instances for improved functionality
• Strong focus on data integrity and meticulous attention to detail
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
• Experience leveraging Salesforce data for business insights
