Key Responsibilities

Develop performance test strategies and execute performance tests for Salesforce applications
Simulate user loads and validate system performance metrics across various Salesforce environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and participate in Agile software development initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of performance testing experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects and proficiency in Salesforce terminology
Expertise in QA Test management and developing automation test scripts
Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Selenium, and API testing
Master's degree required
