Salesforce Performance Tester

Job Summary

To support a large-scale initiative within the federal technology sector, the remote Salesforce Performance Tester will develop performance test strategies, build and execute test scripts, and validate system performance across Salesforce environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance test strategies tailored to Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications
• Build and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to optimize performance across various integrations and configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred
• 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce performance testing
• Proficiency with tools such as LoadRunner, Selenium WebDriver, and Jenkins
• Experience analyzing performance reports to identify application and infrastructure bottlenecks
