Salesforce Performance Tester

Job Summary

To support a large-scale initiative within the federal technology sector, the remote Salesforce Performance Tester will develop performance test strategies, build and execute test scripts, and validate system performance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance test strategies and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner
• Simulate user loads and validate system response times, throughput, and performance metrics while documenting defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across code, configurations, and integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce performance testing
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Selenium WebDriver, and Jenkins
• Experience creating testing documentation, including Test Summary Reports and traceability matrices
