Salesforce Performance Tester

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire Salesforce Performance Tester will evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Salesforce applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test strategies for Salesforce applications on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Build and run performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, simulating user loads and validating performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and participate in Agile development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce performance testing
• Proficiency in navigating Salesforce and experience with large, complex Salesforce projects
• Experience in QA test management on Salesforce, including functional and non-functional testing
• Hands-on experience creating automation test scripts and using tools like LoadRunner and Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of API performance testing and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
