Salesforce Performance Tester
Job Summary
To support performance testing initiatives, the contract-to-hire Salesforce Performance Tester will evaluate the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications, develop test strategies, and build performance test scripts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Salesforce applications across multiple environments
- Develop and execute performance test strategies specific to Salesforce applications on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Capture, analyze, and report performance metrics related to various Salesforce components and integrations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, including at least 4 years of Salesforce performance testing
- Proficiency in navigating Salesforce and understanding its terminology, with experience on large, complex Salesforce projects
- Experience with QA test management on Salesforce, including functional and non-functional testing
- Hands-on experience creating automation test scripts and performing test automation activities
- Knowledge of API performance testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
