Salesforce Performance Tester
Job Summary
Supporting a federal healthcare program, the remote contract-to-hire Salesforce Performance Tester will develop and execute performance testing strategies for Salesforce applications while analyzing system performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications
- Build and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and related testing tools
- Analyze response times, throughput, latency, and system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree and 8+ years of performance testing experience, including 4+ years focused on Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise/Performance Center, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing tools
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce performance testing, including Apex, SOQL, and integrations
- Experience testing Salesforce-to-Snowflake data pipelines and REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs
- Experience integrating automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
