Salesforce Performance Tester
Job Summary
To support a thriving consulting company, the full-time Salesforce Performance Tester will develop performance test strategies for Salesforce applications, build and execute performance test scripts, and evaluate integration performances, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop performance test strategies specific to Salesforce applications on Service cloud and Experience cloud
- Build and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
- Simulate user loads for various Salesforce interfaces and evaluate integration performances across APIs and data fetches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce performance testing
- Experience with tools like Micro Focus/OpenText, LoadRunner, Selenium Webdriver, and Cucumber
- Knowledge of API integration performance testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
