Salesforce Platform Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Salesforce Platform Administrator will own the Salesforce ecosystem, manage platform enhancements, and collaborate with various business units to align technology with organizational goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key owner of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance business processes
• Configure and support Salesforce solutions, including integrations and troubleshooting complex issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in complex business environments
• Experience with Salesforce CRM environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Healthcare Cloud
• Demonstrated expertise in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Reporting & Dashboards
• Experience supporting or partnering with Marketing teams utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
