Salesforce Platform Architect

Job Summary

To enhance the Salesforce platform's administration and architecture, the full-time salaried IT Platform Architect for Commercial & Sales Enablement will develop integrated roadmaps, establish governance standards, and ensure interoperability and security while collaborating with various stakeholders, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies
• Establish and enforce platform standards, including user and license management
• Guide API-first integration strategies and oversee automation frameworks supporting Salesforce

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 10+ years of IT experience, with over 5 years focused on Salesforce platforms
• Salesforce Administrator certification, with additional certifications such as Platform Integration Architect preferred
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce and related platforms, including Mulesoft
• Experience in architecture design, standards governance, and change management
