Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Salesforce Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Drive the technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering standards
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and release management strategies, ensuring robust integration and data architecture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in engineering, development, or architecture roles
• 2-4+ years of experience managing or leading Salesforce engineers or technical teams
• Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development, integration patterns, and DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred
