A company is looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead - Enterprise Data Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise goals
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and oversee platform performance and compliance
• Mentor junior admins and developers while defining roles and processes as the team grows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing and developing Salesforce systems in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of business development, sales, and marketing processes
• Proven success in owning platform architecture and leading Salesforce initiatives
• Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Flow, APIs, and integrating Salesforce with other platforms
