Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager responsible for the strategic direction and governance of its Salesforce ecosystem.

• Align Salesforce platform strategy with company objectives and drive operational efficiency
• Lead Salesforce initiatives and manage a portfolio of business-critical projects
• Coach and develop Salesforce Administrators, ensuring team effectiveness and growth

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including architecture and integration work
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing Salesforce teams
• Experience in developing Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap
• Hands-on experience with complex implementations and vendor management
