• Identify and bridge gaps in internal workflows and optimize resource allocation within the development pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams through high-growth cycles
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with technical literacy in best practices for solutions
• Experience in building and scaling engineering processes using metrics to enhance team performance
• Proficiency with Salesforce-specific CI/CD tools and Git-based version control
• Ability to influence teams and implement new processes based on data-driven insights
