Salesforce Platform Manager

Job Summary

To lead the strategic direction and integration of the Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Enterprise Platform Manager will own the platform's architecture and delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance global supply chain processes and implement AI-driven capabilities, while working in a hybrid environment based in Rockville, MD or Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the global Salesforce vision, architecture, and roadmap, focusing on AI and agentic capabilities
• Act as the enterprise Product Manager for Salesforce, prioritizing initiatives and leading the consolidation of multiple implementations into a scalable global instance
• Oversee Agile sprints and project delivery, ensuring effective governance and integration with various SaaS platforms and data systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise platform roles
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Platform Manager, or Product Manager
• Strong background in Agile delivery and project leadership
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including SaaS and custom applications
• Experience with multi-org consolidation strategies, including data migration and org merge
