Salesforce Platform Manager

Job Summary

As a key player in the organization, the full-time Salesforce Platform Manager will oversee the global Salesforce platform strategy and architecture, ensuring effective integration and delivery of services while collaborating with executive stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Rockville, MD or Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global Salesforce vision, target state architecture, and roadmap
• Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce implementations into a single, scalable global instance
• Manage Agile sprints, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery tracking

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise platform roles
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Platform Manager, or Product Manager
• Strong background in Agile delivery and project leadership
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including SaaS and custom applications
• Experience with multi-org consolidation strategies, including data migration and org merges
