Salesforce Platform Manager

Job Summary

To provide strategic leadership for the Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Platform Manager will define the global vision and architecture, execute AI integration initiatives, and oversee Agile delivery while collaborating with executive stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in Rockville, MD or Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global Salesforce vision, target state architecture, and roadmap
• Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce implementations into a single, scalable global instance
• Act as the enterprise Product Manager for Salesforce, prioritizing initiatives across business units and regions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise platform roles
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Platform Manager, or Product Manager
• Strong background in Agile delivery, sprint management, and project leadership
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including SaaS and custom applications
• Experience consolidating or governing multiple Salesforce implementations
