Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy and daily execution for the Salesforce platform, the full-time salaried Salesforce Platform Operations Director will ensure reliability, performance, and security while driving continuous improvement and managing vendor performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce Platform Operations strategy, aligning with enterprise IT and business priorities
• Oversee governance, risk management, and operational metrics for the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance and performance standards
• Manage vendor and partner performance, including contract negotiations and service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience with progressive responsibility, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, specifically Salesforce
• Experience with IT service management practices and operational governance
• Budget and vendor management experience preferred
