Salesforce Practice Lead

Job Summary

To drive testing strategy and quality governance, the full-time remote Salesforce Practice/Test Lead will manage end-to-end quality delivery for Salesforce programs, oversee distributed teams, and establish scalable quality practices while collaborating with offshore automation specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test QE strategy and execution leveraging AccelQ across Salesforce implementations
• Define and implement Salesforce QE strategy, processes, metrics, and governance
• Manage and mentor distributed quality engineering teams, ensuring delivery quality and schedule adherence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software quality assurance and quality engineering experience
• 5+ years leading enterprise testing programs and distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing
• Strong test automation experience with AccelQ
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating globally distributed resources
