Salesforce Practice Lead
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, the full-time remote Salesforce Practice Lead will manage technical delivery, code quality, and mentor developers while ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agents and custom agent actions
- Own delivery across the SDLC, including design, build, test, deploy, and production support
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce core platform
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
- Experience as a Tech Lead, including design ownership and code reviews
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I
