Salesforce Practice Lead Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Practice Lead Consultant & Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce practice roadmap and establish delivery frameworks
• Lead technical discovery, architectural design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Act as the technical lead on strategic client engagements and support proposals and client workshops

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, development, and solution delivery
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or practice-building capacity
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and platform automation
• Experience with CI/CD tools and source control
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect or System Architect required
