Salesforce Premier Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Services Specialist with Salesforce experience and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine effective technology solutions for their business and operational processes
• Implement or update configurations in clients' Salesforce instances and manage system upgrades
• Develop training materials and conduct client training on TargetX and Salesforce tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in a higher education setting, specifically within admissions and student success departments
• Familiarity with and experience utilizing and configuring on the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Administrator Certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment
• Strong understanding of business software, including CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
