Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Principal will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure requirement integrity while working in a hands-on capacity within a complex, enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation, and integration boundaries
- Maintain a traceable requirement baseline and produce impact assessments for client engagements
- Lead and develop a squad through agile delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and team growth
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years in enterprise business systems, with at least 6 years in Salesforce and 3 years as a senior practitioner
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and hands-on experience with Revenue Lifecycle Management or CPQ
- Experience delivering change in large, customized Salesforce organizations with technical debt
- Proven ability to lead agile delivery, including managing sprints and user stories
- Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant; additional certifications are advantageous
