Salesforce Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the custom development and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, the full-time salaried Salesforce Principal Engineer will collaborate with management to align projects with business goals, design innovative solutions, and mentor a team of developers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud applications
• Manage deployment pipelines and optimize workflows using Gearset CI/CD tools and GitHub
• Conduct code reviews and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to ensure adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7 years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Technical Leader, Developer, or in a related occupation
• At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions for large user bases in SaaS environments
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
• Experience developing middleware web services using Java and Spring Boot, and managing CI/CD processes
