Salesforce Product Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Salesforce Product Analyst will define user stories, assist the Product Owner with product roadmaps, and manage the Salesforce product backlog in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while collaborating with stakeholders and the scrum team
• Assist the Product Owner in managing communications, project risks, and the overall Salesforce product strategy and technology roadmap
• Conduct analysis on data and market trends to identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a computer-related major; MBA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in product analysis within the financial sector
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms and experience delivering solutions in a cross-functional environment
• 4+ years of experience working within an agile framework, with Jira experience preferred
• Industry certifications such as SAFe or CSM are preferred
