Salesforce Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to oversee the product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce initiatives, from ideation to deployment
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with internal leaders
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and manage scope and design innovations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, focusing on process design and implementation
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications preferred
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies required; preferred experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud
- Preferred experience in a healthcare SaaS organization
