Salesforce Product Manager
Job Summary
Acting as an internal consultative partner for Dental Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Product Manager will manage the Dental Salesforce roadmap, enhance integrations across various platforms, and collaborate with business leaders and technology stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Dental business strategy and operations
- Act as product owner for Dental Salesforce capabilities and manage the roadmap
- Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and maintain data quality and governance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience
- 5+ years supporting sales operations in Dental, Healthcare, or insurance
- Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Health Cloud)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
