Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner/Business Analyst to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear solution requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Translate high-level project deliverables into actionable Salesforce-based product plans
• Facilitate project planning and ensure alignment of project scope and delivery plans with client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related area preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Two or more years of Product Ownership experience
• Two or more years of experience with Salesforce - Service Cloud
• Experience in the Financial or Human Resource industry is a plus
• Preferred knowledge in basic data analysis, agile methodologies, and the software delivery life cycle (SDLC)
