Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner/Manager to lead enhancements and governance for the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing work based on business value and technical feasibility
• Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and document user stories and functional requirements
• Establish data governance standards and improve data alignment across various systems

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Salesforce focused Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service Cloud or AI capabilities
• Experience working with financial and HR systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
• Skilled in opportunity lifecycle management, revenue workflows, and Salesforce reporting
• Must be local to Jacksonville, Florida or willing to relocate
