Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

Salesforce Product Owner, a remote contract position focused on guiding collaboration between stakeholders and Salesforce teams to streamline reporting and enhance operational visibility within the Veteran Affairs sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Oversee a large, multi-team backlog and ensure delivery of scalable platform components
• Lead cross-functional alignment and influence executive stakeholders for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership with enterprise scope
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Strong experience in Agile at scale (SAFe or multi-team delivery)
• Proven track record in complex integrations (MuleSoft/APIs, Data Cloud)
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
