Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

Guiding the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions, the remote Associate Salesforce Product Owner will manage product ownership, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and prioritize the product backlog to support the Client Success Platform (CSP).

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related enhancements, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or similar products, preferably in a product ownership or project management role
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Proven experience in project management, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
