Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Salesforce Product Owner with deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to prioritize and manage the product backlog, lead cross-functional discussions on roadmap decisions, and guide teams through complex customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the Salesforce product backlog with clear requirements and delivery expectations
• Lead conversations with business partners regarding priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions
• Work directly within Salesforce to understand user flows and guide teams through complex workflows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong hands-on background with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing a structured product backlog
• Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and third-party tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
